Working in partnership with Southeast Kansas Independent Living Resource Center, our Transition Council fosters inclusive, person-centered planning that supports pathways to post-secondary education, meaningful employment, and independent living. Through advocacy, collaboration, and informed choice, we empower each individual to build a future rooted in dignity, self-determination, and lifelong success.
