Mission Statement

Unlocking the Future: Empowering Transitions Beyond High School

We are dedicated to unlocking the future for students and individuals as they transition from high school to adulthood. Working in partnership with Southeast Kansas Independent Living Resource Center, our Transition Council fosters inclusive, person-centered planning that supports pathways to post-secondary education, meaningful employment, and independent living. Through advocacy, collaboration, and informed choice, we empower each individual to build a future rooted in dignity, self-determination, and lifelong success.
